    Justice Kennedy, today I applaud you:

    “What Congress calls a penalty, we call a tax,” Kennedy said. “In short, the court imposes a tax when Congress deliberately rejected a tax.”

    And before my liberal friends take this the wrong way and imply that I am against a national healthcare system let me say this:

    America desperately needs national health care. The health care system here is abysmal and failing.  But not like this. Not ignoring the litigation system’s extreme causality in the whole thing. Not while ignoring the constitution.

    Trying to not get caught up in this, but I cannot help it. I really had hoped that this could be struck down, and we could focus on getting a health care bill that was sustainable and didn’t change us as a country.

    Now, I realize that I was merely venting anger at a corrupt political system that doesn’t give a shit.
